At a glance

We only collect what’s needed to run Melodista: email, name, surname, birthdate, and musical interests & level.

We don’t sell your data, don’t use ad trackers, and don’t share your data for marketing.

Data is stored privately in Supabase with strong access controls and encryption.

You can request access, correction, deletion, or export of your data anytime.

2) Data we collect

We only collect the information necessary to provide you with the best music composing experience:

AuthenticationEmail and password via Supabase Auth.
ProfileYour name, skill level and musical preferences.
UsageHow you interact with our chord generation tools.
Creative DataThe songs and progressions you explicitly save.

3) Storage & Security

We store your data in Supabase, using enterprise-grade encryption and Row Level Security (RLS) to ensure that only you can access your personal records. Access to our database is strictly controlled and limited to what's required for app operation.

Privacy Guarantee

No data is sold to advertisers. We do not use third-party tracking scripts that monitor your behavior across the web.

Terms of Service

1) Use of Service

Melodista is a music creation and learning platform. By using the app, you agree to follow the rules of the service, respect our intellectual property, and use the tools provided for lawful creative purposes.

Content Ownership

"The songs and lyrics you create using Melodista belong entirely and exclusively to you. We claim no ownership over your creative soul."

2) Termination

You may delete your account and all associated data at any time through the app settings or by contacting us. Upon deletion, your personal data will be purged according to our Privacy Policy retention guidelines.
